As the first all-electric Honda SUV, the Honda Prologue is already a standout in the lineup. Honda owners are getting access to the Tesla Supercharger network, making it more convenient than ever to own a Honda EV. Clark Knapp Honda is sharing all the exciting details.
Charging the Honda Prologue
You can conveniently charge the Honda Prologue at home thanks to its flexible Level 1 or Level 2 portable cord sets. You can also easily add up to 65 miles of range in just 10 minutes at a compatible high-speed DC fast charging station. As a Honda owner, you’ll have access to EVgo or Electrify America public charging networks, which are the largest networks for EV charging in North America.
Tesla Supercharger Network
For even faster charging options, Honda Prologue owners will soon have access to the Tesla Superchargers network. This includes access to over 20,000 Tesla Superchargers across the United States. Honda owners will have access to the network beginning in June of 2025.
Charging at the Tesla Superchargers Network
In order to charge at the Tesla Superchargers network, Honda owners will need a Honda-approved NACS-CCS adapter. These adapters, which are the only DC fast charging adapter approved by Honda, ensure a safe and reliable charging experience. They will be available for purchase at authorized Honda dealerships beginning this June. Honda Prologue owners will be notified via the HondaLink® once the adapters become available and will even be able to use the app to find the nearest charging locations.
